Our principal consultant J.D. Rubal and his staff have a combined accounting experience of more than 100 years. Mr. Rubal served for over 10 years as Chief Financial Officer of a large Pennsylvania Corporation. He also served as C.F.O. and owner of a large distribution company located in Centre County for 8 years.
